Due to continued fourth quarter growth in 2017 and demand for services across the board, Charleville’s Murray Cloney + Associates Limited, opened their latest office base in the National Software Centre, Mahon. With existing offices in Charleville and Kilmallock this latest move into the NSC’s purpose- built business campus, offers MCAL state-of- the-art office, conference and meeting facilities. This allows the company to more effectively engage with its Cork city cliental, across all industry sectors.
Speaking from his NSC base, MCAL’s CEO, Michael Murray said ‘We are absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to engage with our clients in such a modern and technically-advanced workspace. None of us have ever experienced such amazing online broadband speeds, in what is after all, the telecoms hub of the South West. But all that aside, we are a people-focussed company, always have been and that is not going to change. That said, we are of course so pleased to be here and open for business, serving our existing city clients and engaging with all new client enquiries.’
And back in their Charleville office, joint CEO Paul Cloney added, ‘We are simply responding to an interesting upsurge in demand for accountancy and tax-related services, across our existing offices. For example in the first week back in January, I had much of my week taken up meeting and greeting first-time clients and that’s a great complaint at the very start of the year. Yes it’s a challenge, but I have every confidence in our NSC team headed up by Michael, so it’s all go for 2018….upwards and onwards.’
In this expansion, MCAL have also been recruiting extra staff to meet this demand and are currently interested in hearing from qualified bookkeepers.
“We welcome on board all our new faces including brand development manager, Gerry Mac Bride, who joins us with a wealth of experience in client and media management” added Michael.
